Jerry Brandy, President, MD Communications, Inc.

Jerry BrandyJerry Brandy is a renowned business consultant and marketing authority in the field of aesthetic medicine. He has been instrumental in the development of numerous cosmetic surgery and medical spa business models, and has pioneered innovative marketing techniques in the field of aesthetic medicine. As president of MD Communications, Inc. Jerry manages the marketing programs and business operation plans for a number of successful cosmetic enhancement practices throughout the United States.

Jerry began his career over 27 years ago as a managing partner and executive director of The Skin Center Medical Spa. It has been Jerry's strategic business acumen and sound management style that has grown The Skin Center Medical Spa, which includes four locations in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and Columbus, Ohio, into a multi-million dollar business. Today, The Skin Center Medical Spa is one of the largest private practice providers of med-spa services and cosmetic enhancement procedures in the mid-Atlantic region.

He is a graduate of the Entrepreneurial Management Program in the Graduate School of Industrial Administration at Carnegie Mellon University.

Lori Potts, Physician Coordinator

Lori PottsAs the physician coordinator for MD Communications, Inc., Lori provides insight into the new physician's aesthetic surgical market to provide an accurate picture of the opportunities new QuickLift partners can expect. Lori specializes in increasing and managing new patient leads and maximizing existing client sales. As a former small business owner herself, Lori knows first hand the dedication and commitment it takes to run a successful business. With her B.S. in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh and over 18 years experience as a pharmaceutical sales representative, outside sales representative and educator, Lori has extensive experience in management, sales and customer education. Lori lends her expertise to all aspects of MD Communications, Inc., from lead generation and database management to sales coaching.

Vanessa Capozzi, Director of Interactive Marketing

Vanessa CapozziVanessa has joined the MDCommunications team as our Lead Interactive Marketing Strategist. Throughout Vanessa's 12+ year Interactive Marketing career, she has been known as someone who confidently leads, motivates and positively influences anyone working with her. Prior to joining MDCommunications, Vanessa worked with advertising agencies such as: Brunner Digital (formerly Blattner Brunner), Communifx, MARC USA, and WestWind Media. She held a variety of leadership roles such as Interactive Account Supervisor, Interactive Account Manager, Interactive Project Manager, Vice President of Client Services and Interactive Operations Manager. Regardless of her title, she has maintained a heavy focus on the end result, building relationships, and contributing significantly to the bottom line for the agencies and the clients she has served.

Jessica Dzuba, Marketing Coordinator

Jessica DzubaJessica Dzuba serves as marketing coordinator for MD Communications, Inc., specializing in administrative management, and marketing and business planning for participating physicians. She earned her Masters Degree in Business Administration from Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania after receiving her Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Finance from Ohio University. Jessica's previous experience in the banking industry coupled with her expertise in marketing and communications makes her a valuable resource to the MD Communications, Inc. team.

Lora Hyde, Account Manager

Lora HydeAs an account manager for MD Communications, Inc., Lora guides our partners in all aspects of their aesthetic practice including market analysis, media evaluation and front office training. She educates our physicians' front office personnel to effectively communicate the benefits of aesthetic procedures, while offering proven techniques for the inquiry-to-patient conversion process. Lora's high energy and enthusiasm for aesthetic medicine has helped our network affiliates and staff members instantly feel comfortable with their marketing programs. Lora's B.S. in Business Administration from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, coupled with 16 years experience in sales consulting and marketing communications has made her an invaluable resource for the clients of MD Communications, Inc.

Ann Casiere, Account Manager

Ann CasiereAnn Casiere, manager for MD Communications, Inc., specializes in marketing implementation and support. With an eye for creative detail, Ann lends her expertise in market analysis and media consultative services to the clients of MD Communications, Inc. Her BBA from Mount Mary College in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, has served her well, enabling her to excel at challenging sales management and consultation opportunities throughout her career. Ann's strong background in sales training and management has given MD Communications, Inc. physicians the benefit of learning proven sales and promotional techniques that translate to better conversion ratios for their practices.

Amy Jones, Account Coordinator

Amy JonesAs an account coordinator for MD Communications, Inc., Amy provides administrative support and resource management to our participating physicians. Amy specializes in program analysis and support as well as database management and report generation. With over 20 years of administrative management, Amy has extensive experience in all aspects of administrative functions and support. Amy lends her experience to all areas of MD Communications, Inc. from client billing and invoice reconciliation for media to preparing comprehensive administrative reports for the call center.

Jamie Roth, Patient Relations Coordinator

Jamie RothAs one of our in house Media Buyers, Jamie Roth lends her expertise to all aspects of the Media buying process. She forms relationships with the individual station representatives in order to secure the best programming rates available and negotiate added value bonus spots. Jamie analyzes daily the results of planned media and makes adjustments to optimize the effectiveness of our partners' advertising dollars. Jamie's B.S. in Business Administration from Clarion University in Clarion, PA and her 15 years experience in sales/marketing has led her to specialize in media buying. She is an invaluable resource for MDCommunications and our clients.
