Sales Support

For participating physicians, we help generate sales for your practice and can also offer a call center program with the capabilities to manage your leads from the moment the call comes in. In addition to 24-hour phone services, our team members will pre-screen prospective clients, mail patient education materials and schedule appointments with your office. This optional program will provide your office with quality leads, allowing you and your trained staff to complete the process by meeting the patients and scheduling the surgery.

Call Center Services

MD Communications, Inc. offers a comprehensive 24-hour call center staffed by highly trained patient relations coordinators (PRCs). For participating physician groups we provide inbound and outbound call center services, warm call transfers and daily call logs. As the PRC talks to the caller, the caller's information is entered into a database for future correspondence.

Appointment Scheduling

Many physicians appreciate our ability to schedule consultation appointments for them. This hassle-free program allows your office staff to focus on your clients – not the phones. Appointment confirmations on your letterhead, along with marketing materials, are sent by MD Communications, Inc. to your prospective clients. Each weekday, we send you a call log detailing the previous day's calls and appointment listings.

Database Management / Database Mining

Sophisticated database management programs make follow-up mailings a turn-key process for MD Communications, Inc. These customized pieces, which can be mailed via USPS or electronically, are effective in helping to persuade ideal candidates to move forward in the decision-making process.

Event Planning

Open house events are an effective way to showcase your facility, services and procedures to both new and existing clients. Open houses can be staged as large, formal seminars or small, intimate gatherings. Either approach is an effective way to highlight your services and new treatments, introduce new products and educate people about various procedures.
